The New Patient Process:

At your initial consultation, you will meet with Dr. Craddick to discuss what brings you to the office, your health history, and review your specific health goals. A physical exam will be conducted and a team member will perform a non-invasive, neurological scan using state of the art technology that measures stress and tension within your body. This initial scan will establish a baseline of your health that will be measured again during your Care Plan. Dr. Craddick will review the results of your neurological scan with you and give a thorough explanation of the report of findings. If you are a candidate for chiropractic care, you will receive your first adjustment and Dr. Craddick will prescribe an appropriate Care Plan to help propel you towards a healthier lifestyle. A team member will then present you with payment options for your care and book your future appointments. This appointment lasts about 60 minutes.

Restoration Care Plans:

Based on the doctor’s findings and your specific health goals, a personally designed Care Plan is created just for your needs. Time and consistency are the key elements to gain the momentum that will help you in reaching your goals. At different checkpoints during your Care Plan, our team will perform more neurological scans to track your progress and make sure you are on route.

Wellness Workshop:

Once you have signed up for care at Propel Chiropractic, you will be invited to a Wellness Workshop led by Dr. Craddick. In this 40 minute workshop, you and a guest of your choice will gain a wealth of knowledge about the benefits of chiropractic and how to get the most out of your care at Propel Chiropractic. This community event is free for our practice members committed to their care plans. It’s a powerful experience and packed full of amazing take-aways. 

Propel Plus: 

Completing a Care Plan is an amazing achievement and the next step is joining our Propel Plus Program. This promotion allows you to maintain the momentum on your health journey and function at your best. In this program, you will receive 2 adjustments per month with an option to purchase Boost Adjustments at a discounted rate. The healthiest practice members at Propel Chiropractic belong to Propel Plus.
